TOUR ITINERARY:
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL BANGALORE

Upon arrival at Bangalore, our Executive will meet you at the Airport followed by transfer from Airport to Hotel. Later for half day city out of Bangalore visiting – the “Bull Temple” a typical example of the Dravidian-style temple.

The temple has a huge monolithic bull 4.5m tall and 6m long. It is believed that the source of the river Vishwa Bharathi originates from the feet of the Nandi (Bull), “Tippu palace” fine examples of Indo-Islamic architecture that also offer a glimpse into the Mughal lifestyle of the day, “Lalbagh Gardens” , “Vidhanasoudha” - a massive neo-Dravidian architecture presently functioning as the state legislative assembly and the “Bangalore Palace” - Built in the year 1887 with architecture based on Tudor Style. DAY 2 – BANGALORE TO HASSAN / Via..Sravanabelagola (210KMS – 5.0HRS)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Hassan. Enroute visit - Saravanabelagola, the famous Jain pilgrim center & one of the oldest in India. The colossal statue of Gomateswara with a height of 57 feet is situated on the summit of Indragiri hill.

It is one of the two giant sculptures in the world, after the Collosus Ramses II in Egypt. Onward drive a short while to reach the hotel in Hassan.Afternoon visit to the famous Hoysala temples of “Belur & Halebid”. The 12th century temples of Belur and Halebid stands the most beautiful for its most beautiful sculptures when compared to any other temples in south India. Typically these temples are squat & star shaped. Its outstanding sculptures all over the walls and pillars states the stories from the old Hindu epics. It also describes the story of the rulers of Karnataka and their interest in dance and music. Return to the hotel in the evening. (Overnight at hotel in Hassan)

DAY 3 – HASSAN TO MADIKKERI/COORG (140KMS – 3.5HRS)

Check out from hotel after breakfast and drive to Madikkeri/Coorg – known as the Scotland of India. Enroute visit to Dubare Elephant camp - has been historically an important camp as in earlier days The Elephants for the famous Mysore Dassehra were trained at Dubare elephant camp.
Evening free to relax / own activities. (Overnight at hotel in Madikkeri/Coorg)

DAY 04 – MADIKERI TO MYSORE (140KMS – 3.5HRS)

Departing the hotel after breakfast and cover rest of the places of Interest in coorg. Later visit Bylakupe Tibetan Monastry (subject to permission from authorized office much prior with proper travel date & visiting time).
Onward proceed to Mysore. Upon arrival check in to hotel.

DAY 05 – IN MYSORE / Sightseeing

After breakfast tour of Mysore visiting – the Famous “Palace of Mysore”: Built in 1912 in the indo Saracenic style, this palace exudes a grandeur that is unmatched and then on to The “Jayachanarajendra Art Gallery” housed in the Jaganmohan palace: that has a collection of Exquisite paintings dating back to 1875. Onward visit to the bull temple (a 4.8mts monolith) on the middle of hill on the way to Chamundi temple and then to visit the “Chamumdi Hill Temple” at a height of 1062mts. In the evening visit to the beautiful Brindavan Garden.

DAY 6 – DEPARTURE TRANSFER TO BANGALORE

Check out from hotel according to flight timing and the tour ends today with a departure transfer to Bangalore Airport for onward flight.
